Tonight I did one of my favorite things...I spent most of the evening baking. Although my feet are tired and the house is a little warmer than usual by the time I get through, it is all worth it. I decided to make some pancakes and muffins to have in the freezer for use at any time. So, I got some blueberries out of the freezer and set to work finding some good recipes.
Here are the results:
From left to right: Oatmeal Apple Raisin Muffins, Blueberry Pancakes (some got a little too done, oops), and Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
*All the recipes are from "Simply Centsible Breakfasts," an ebook by Crystal Paine.

WOW! You were busy. Instead of baking, I did my computer tutoring and then went home and started two more skirts. But, I need Tracy's and your help with the rest. These look delicious, and I look forward to seeing the other recipes in Crystal's book.
Sewing is one of my other favorite things to do in the evenings. I did spend some time finishing the denim skirt and also mending another. I can't wait to see your skirts!
Yummy! I love having things in the freezer to use when needed, but seldom bake enough ahead to actually get some into the freezer.
Everything looks delightful! And Skirts, what fun!
I hope school is starting well!
